World-renowned British racing driver Lewis Hamilton is currently enjoying a well-deserved break in Mozambique’s stunning Bazaruto Archipelago.
According to MZNews, Hamilton arrived in Vilankulo by helicopter on Saturday and quickly made his way to one of the exclusive Bazaruto islands. The 39-year-old racing star, accompanied by family and friends, has planned this getaway for around six months as part of his African tour, with the goal of finding relaxation and tranquility.
Hamilton’s choice of destination highlights the growing reputation of Bazaruto as a luxury retreat. The Inhambane Tourism Association is thrilled to welcome high-profile visitors like Hamilton, following previous notable guests such as Prince Harry, who visited Bazaruto for the second time in 2022, and Dutch soccer legend Arjen Robben. The Bazaruto Archipelago, located in the Vilankulo district of Inhambane province, is renowned for its pristine beaches, vibrant coral reefs, and diverse marine life, making it a premier choice for travelers seeking both adventure and serenity.
A Bazaruto Archipelago is celebrated for its turquoise waters and luxury resorts, offering an unparalleled experience of natural beauty and exclusivity. The archipelago comprises six islands: Bazaruto, Benguerra, Magaruque, Banque, Santa Carolina (Paradise Island), and Shell, each offering unique and breathtaking landscapes.
A Inhambane Tourism Association is committed to supporting this growth and ensuring that both tourists and local businesses benefit from the flourishing tourism sector.
